Ayurveda for Natural Weight Loss

When trying to understand obesity or overweight from the perspective of Ayurveda, it is important for you to know that you can face these problems even if you do not over eat.   • Use Ayurvedic herbs such as gotu kola, amalaki, and shilajit in powder or capsule form.
  • Exercise regularly according to your body type.

  • Eliminate ama through herbs like Turmeric, Barberry, trikatu, tripbala etc
  • Relax and meditate
  • To stimulate weight loss, Ayurvedic physicians generally prescribe a light diet, fasting, spicy herbs to stimulate digestion, mild laxatives, and tonic herbs such as guggul.
